Jay Francis is a Sydney building designer and director of Francis Design with over 20 years of experience across Sydney and international work in London.
After completing a Bachelor of Architectural Studies at UNSW Sydney and a Diploma of Architectural Technology, Jay has worked on everything from tight inner-city renovations to generous coastal homes — always with a focus on making good design practical, buildable, and quietly confident.
Francis Design is a deliberately small studio. That means Jay works personally on every project, from first conversation to construction documentation.
