Francis Design understands that designing and constructing your dream home is extremely important and we devote the time to recognize our client’s requirements. We specialise in working collaboratively with you and to provide building design services that meet your expectations. We have over 20 years experience in preparing Architectural drawings and documentation for council, liaising with consultants and can look after the approval process and construction certificate. We then go onto working alongside our recommended experienced builders to bring your projects to life. We can develop high quality tender documentation to obtain accurate quotes while being a part of the build process to make sure the design intention is executed.

We understand how important fast approvals can be for our clients. At Francis Design we pride ourselves on achieving fast approvals through early control checks and providing the correct council documentation during the application process. We find clever design and having experience with the local councils have enabled us to achieve fast approvals. On average council approvals take 3-6 months.
