A top-floor apartment reimagined in soft stone, oak, and warm bronze — presented through photoreal visualisation before construction.
The client purchased the apartment off-the-plan and engaged Francis Design to rethink the interior fitout before construction commenced. The existing plan was reconfigured to improve the flow between kitchen and living, and to take full advantage of the north-east corner outlook.
Soft travertine, smoked oak joinery, and warm bronze hardware form the material palette — a considered tonal sequence that reads well in the photoreal renders and translates naturally to the built result.
The 3D visualisation package included exterior massing studies, photoreal interior renders, and material and finish boards, giving the client and builder clear direction before a single tile was selected.
