Careful Material Selection

Our design philosophy involves careful material and texture selection. Dark Axon cladding, contrasting white interiors and soffits, vertical battens, and painted bagged brick harmoniously blend to introduce sophistication across the Ermington interiors and exteriors. The use of neutral palettes balanced with bold accent colours plays an important role in defining this contemporary home's character.

With a secondary dwelling as a key requirement in the brief, the design provides essential separation and privacy between the main and secondary dwellings while ensuring both receive ample natural sunlight throughout the day.
