A sculptural coastal home oriented to capture northern light and ocean horizon, detailed in board-formed concrete, spotted gum, and bronze.
The design began with a careful read of the site — orientation, outlook, council controls, and the rhythm of the neighbouring street. Each decision flows from that reading, so the architecture feels inevitable rather than imposed.
Inside, the plan prioritises daylight, connection to landscape, and the quiet, functional details that make daily family life easy. Material choices balance warmth with durability, selected to age well and keep running costs sensible.
Full documentation, consultant coordination, and council liaison were delivered end-to-end so the builder received a clean, buildable set of drawings ready for construction.
