A modern coastal home concept that frames the lake views and responds to the challenges of a flood-prone site.
Our most recent Lake Conjola project is currently in concept development, creating a design tailored to our clients' specific needs.
The focus is on framing the lake views and crafting a modern coastal home that responds to the challenges of a flood-prone site.
The concept embraces a modern coastal aesthetic with a large gable form, raked ceilings, framed pergolas, and skylights that manage northern light while capturing stunning lake views.
Elevated to suit the site's flood conditions and designed to fulfil the clients' brief, the home pairs a warm, low-maintenance palette — James Hardie Linear weatherboard, white-wash brick, and honed concrete — with its relaxed lakeside setting.
