A Seaforth home reimagined — a contemporary yet timeless coastal renovation that opens a tight existing footprint to capture the views.
This project transforms an existing interior, revitalising the home and bringing it back to life with a contemporary yet timeless coastal aesthetic.
Working within the tight existing footprint, the design carefully opens the spaces to create a more considered and connected home that takes full advantage of the incredible views.
The material palette is warm and restrained, featuring VJ lining boards, primed and dressed timber, and warm HPL joinery to create a calm coastal atmosphere throughout. Onyx, marble, and timber veneer add moments of natural texture and quiet luxury.
As a restoration-led renovation, the design respects the bones of the original home while elevating its comfort, light, and connection to the coastal landscape — delivered as a full set of construction documentation ready for build.
A warm, restrained coastal palette and a considered, connected plan.
