Council Approval & Compliance
Full DA, CDC, and BASIX support. BASIX certificates are prepared by an external accredited consultant we coordinate. We prepare documentation and steer the approval through to determination.
Construction Documentation & Handover
Construction-ready drawings and specifications delivered to your builder, with support through pricing, tender, and on-site queries.

How long does the design process take? +
A typical custom home moves through concept, documentation, and approval over 4–10 months depending on scope, council, and consultant coordination. We set a realistic program at the start and keep you informed at each stage.
Do you handle council approvals? +
Yes. We prepare DA or CDC applications, coordinate consultants, and liaise directly with council until determination. Where a BASIX certificate is required, we arrange it through an external accredited BASIX consultant and coordinate it as part of our scope.
Can you work with my preferred builder? +
Absolutely. We deliver construction-ready documentation that any reputable residential builder can price and build from. We can also introduce you to builders we trust.
What do your fees look like? +
Every project is quoted after an initial consultation and site review, so the fee genuinely reflects scope, complexity, and the documentation required. We will always be upfront about costs before you commit.
