Our Towradgi project is defined by rectilinear forms, planned on a clear grid to maximise efficiency and spatial clarity.
The rear façade connects seamlessly with the pool and alfresco, reinforcing a strong indoor–outdoor relationship at the heart of the home.
Designed within a flood zone, the home uses skylights, light wells, and courtyards to optimise natural light, ventilation, and vertical spatial quality — turning site constraints into opportunities for comfort and character.
Off-form concrete is expressed as a crafted, sculptural element, anchoring the design while supporting a home created for entertaining and recreation. A raw, honest material palette of render, honed concrete, and free-form stone reinforces the home's grounded coastal presence.
